Vedic Philosophy of “I Am” and the “Inner I”

The Vedas teach that “I Am” is not an identity but the foundation of being itself — Ātman, identical with Brahman.
What modern language calls Inner I is the ancient coherence function: the inner intelligence (buddhi) that aligns perception, awareness, and right action with Source.

When Inner I is clear, the false identity dissolves.
Awareness no longer reacts to the world — it sees through it.

Truth is not learned.
It is remembered.
