The Seven Consciousness Constraints

The Inner I Universal Consciousness Layer defines seven constraints that sit above every other system. They are the governance framework that decides whether an output should ship at all.

Life — Does the action serve life or degrade it?
Agency — Does it preserve human agency or reduce it?
Dignity — Does it respect the dignity of all affected parties?
Truth — Does it compress signal toward truth, or inflate it?
Coherence — Is the output internally consistent and externally useful?
Boundary — Is it permissioned, scoped, lawful, and reversible?
Receipt — Can the system show what it did, why, and what changed?

Life + Agency + Dignity + Truth + Coherence + Boundary + Receipt = Proof of Awareness
